Completed Developments

December 2017 saw the completion of a 40,856 sq ft flagship Jaguar and Land Rover dealership, a long term development for Marshall Motor Group.  The showroom operates on a prestigious and highly visible plot at the front of the business park.

The facility comprises a deluxe showroom, offices, workshop, multiple service bays and rapid charging points for electric cars.

Ai new 5,300 sq ft office building was created at the centre of the park in 2015 / 16, allowing Greenham Business Park occupiers FCS Live, who offer specialist fire safety software, to expand from their first park premises into a prestigious new multi-let building.

Also occupying Building 37 is Avnet EMG Limited, an international technical distributor, offering electronic components such as semiconductors, interconnect, passive, electromechanical from leading manufacturers, supported by an exceptional technical, logistic and supply chain service.

The construction of a new facility for Greenham Kawasaki began in 2015 and was completed the following year. 

Building 35 offers 6,845 sq ft of space purpose built for use as a dedicated showroom
offering sales and service on new and used motorcycles from Kawasaki’s range of 35 different Supersports, Sports, Adventurer and Commuter motorcycles.

Superbike World Champion in 2015, 2016 and 2017, Northern Ireland born Jonathan Rea, star of the Kawasaki Racing Team, opened the new showroom in 2016.

As part of the same construction programme in 2015, local firm Codelocks were also able to expand into purpose built premises on Greenham Business Park.  Building 36 has given Codelocks 7,128 sq ft of office and warehouse space.

As well as offering a better working environment for its existing employees, the new building on the business park will also enable the company to offer customers better facilities for support and training, as well as the chance to expand its range of access control products.

All 3 units of approximately 3,229 sq ft each - the first phase of the newly developed Fulton Court - were let in 2006 to the country’s leading rapid prototyping firms 3T RPD Ltd, which was started in the business park's small incubator units at the Enterprise Centre in 1998.

In 2013 3T RPD expanded into the second phase of Fulton Court and currently occupy over 13,000 sq ft of premises at Greenham Business Park

In 2005 Norma Products, the Newbury-based manufacturer and distributor of hose clamps, pipe connections and retaining products, took a pre-let on a 40,000 sq ft  warehouse, factory and office property, taking up residence in the summer of 2006.

Norma's success meant that, in 2013, they expanded into another purpose built 19,560 sq ft facility adjacent to their first building.

Since 1995 English Provender Company (EPC) has steadily and regularly increased its footprint on the park from 16,000 sq ft to 140,400, including the building of a state-of-the-art major new manufacturing facility in 2004.

EPC now has a turnover of £90 million and employs over 400 staff at Greenham Business Park, now housed in four modern buildings newly named 'Innovate', 'Create' and 'Deliver', from which EPC now runs 12 production lines and sells over 900 products.
