If you undertake any element of hot work or instruct contractors to do so on your behalf, please ensure you utilise a hot work permit system.
This applies to all operations involving flame, sparks, hot air or arc welding and cutting equipment, brazing and soldering equipment, blowlamps, bitumen boilers and other equipment producing heat or having naked flames.

This hot work permit represents best practice and is in line with the requirements set out by our building insurer.
