James Cowper Kreston are pleased to announce move to Greenham Business Park

Newbury, UK, 18 October 2019 – James Cowper Kreston has been a part of the West Berkshire community since the 1920s providing a wide range of accountancy services covering Accounting, Audit, VAT, Tax, Corporate Finance and Business Advisory. Specialist sectors include Rural and Equine, Charities and Not for Profit and Films and Entertainment.

When the opportunity to relocate arose, the firm had the goal of finding offices better suited to its needs and remaining in the Newbury location. Meetings with Greenham Business Park resulted in the construction of a new bespoke James Cowper Kreston office building.

Robert Holland, Managing Partner at James Cowper Kreston said: “We were thrilled to be approached by the team at Greenham Business Park. Their ethos on reinvesting funds into the community really resonates with James Cowper Kreston, our desire to remain in the Newbury area and being able to continue to contribute.”

Run by Greenham Trust, the Business Park has been transformed from an abandoned military base to the largest strategic employment site in West Berkshire and is setting new standards for business parks. Chris Boulton, chief executive of Greenham Trust said: “We are delighted to welcome James Cowper Kreston to Greenham Business Park, this is exciting for us and is the first building to be delivered in our new office “core” as the development undergoes its current transformation. We look forward to further office development in the future.”

Nick Butler, Partner at James Cowper Kreston and Managing Director of JC Payroll said: “Having an office built from scratch is a challenge for any business, however, Greenham Business Park have helped and supported us throughout the process. We were very keen to remain in Newbury to support our staff, who are local to the area, and continue to provide a good work life balance. We are now very much looking forward to the future and continuing our support for businesses in and around Newbury.”

James Cowper Kreston will move from Overbridge Square, Hambridge Lane, Newbury to new offices in Greenham Business Park at the end of November 2019.
